How Gift Cards Work

Dozylab digital gift cards are simple, convenient, and delivered instantly via email. Here's how they work:

1. Choose your amount – Gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, $100, or custom amounts
2. Receive instantly – The gift card code is emailed to you (or directly to the recipient) immediately after purchase
3. Redeem at checkout – Simply enter the gift card code during checkout to apply the balance to any Dozylab order

Purchasing a Gift Card

To purchase a gift card, please contact our support team with the following details:

• The gift card amount you'd like to purchase
• Whether you'd like the gift card sent to you or directly to the recipient (include their email address)
• Any personal message you'd like included (optional)

We'll process your request and send the digital gift card within 24 hours. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other methods accepted in our online store.

Redeeming a Gift Card

To redeem a Dozylab gift card:

1. Add your desired products to your cart
2. Proceed to checkout
3. Enter your gift card code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field
4. Click "Apply" to deduct the gift card balance from your order total

If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using any of our accepted payment methods. If your order is less than the gift card balance, the remaining credit will stay on your gift card for future purchases.

• No expiry: Dozylab gift cards never expire and have no fees
• Non-refundable: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded for cash
• Transferable: Gift cards can be gifted or transferred to anyone
• One-time use or multiple: Gift cards can be used across multiple orders until the balance is depleted
• Australia-wide: Valid for all orders shipped within Australia and internationally
• Not replaceable if lost: Please treat your gift card code like cash. If lost or stolen, we cannot replace it
