Welcome to Dozylab! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our CPAP accessories and battery solutions. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
General Refund and Returns Eligibility
We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for eligible products purchased directly from Dozylab if:
- The product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Opened CPAP masks, tubing, or filters.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" at the time of purchase.
- Custom or personalised products.
Returning Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately at support@dozylab.com with the following information:
- Your name and order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or videos of the damaged or faulty product.
We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team at support@dozylab.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions via email.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, Dozylab will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking fees may apply for non-faulty returns.
Warranty Claims
Dozylab's batteries and electronic accessories come with a 1-year limited warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the terms outlined in our warranty policy. For more information, please contact our support team.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
This policy operates in addition to the rights and remedies provided under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). As a consumer, you are entitled to certain guarantees, including that the products we provide are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. These guarantees cannot be excluded.
If your product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the failure. For more information about your rights under the ACL, please visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) website.
