Product Warranty

At Dozylab, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. All Dozylab CPAP accessories and electronic products are covered by our comprehensive warranty policy, designed to give you peace of mind and confidence in your purchase.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All Dozylab electronic products, including our USB-C Travel Cable and power accessories, come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional failures under normal use and conditions
- Electronic component failures not caused by misuse or damage
What's Covered
During the warranty period, Dozylab will repair or replace (at our discretion) any product that fails due to:
- Defective components or materials
- Faulty workmanship or construction
- Electronic failures that occur during normal operation and proper use with compatible CPAP devices
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to follow product instructions
- Use with incompatible devices or power sources (e.g., using the USB-C cable with non-PD or under-spec power banks)
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
- Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorised parties
- Damage from extreme temperatures, water, or environmental conditions
- Loss or theft of products
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a warranty issue, please:
- Contact our support team at support@dozylab.com with your order number and a description of the issue
- Provide photos or videos demonstrating the defect (if applicable) to help us assess the claim
- Include your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) showing the purchase date
We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for return or replacement. In most cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping for valid warranty claims.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our warranty is provided in addition to the rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). As an Australian-owned business, we are committed to complying with all ACL requirements.
Under the ACL, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- A repair or replacement if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

Medical Device Compliance
Dozylab accessories are designed to be used with medical devices (CPAP machines) and comply with relevant safety standards including UKCA, CE, PSE, FCC, and RoHS certifications. While our products are not classified as medical devices themselves, we design and test them to the highest standards to ensure safe and reliable operation with your essential medical equipment.
Warranty for Non-Electronic Products
Non-electronic accessories, such as our Medical ID Luggage Tags, are also covered under our quality guarantee. If you experience any defects in materials or workmanship, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
