USB-C Travel Cable for ResMed AirMini and AirSense 11

How does the Dozylab USB-C Travel Cable work?

Our USB-C Travel Cable allows you to power your ResMed AirMini™ or AirSense™ 11 directly from a modern USB-C Power Delivery (PD) source. The cable contains a built-in chip that safely converts the 20V input from the power source to the 24V required by your CPAP machine. This lets you use compact power banks or wall chargers, eliminating the need for the original bulky power supply.

What are the exact power requirements for the USB-C Travel Cable?

This is a critical point for compatibility. To function correctly, your USB-C PD power source (power bank or wall charger) must support a 20V/3.25A (65W minimum) output. Please check the technical specifications printed on your power source before use to ensure it meets this requirement. Using a power source with a lower specification will not work.

Is the USB-C Travel Cable compatible with a ResMed AirSense 10 or other CPAP models?

Our Travel Cable is specifically engineered for the ResMed AirMini™ and ResMed AirSense™ 11 models only. It is not compatible with the ResMed AirSense 10, Philips DreamStation, or any other CPAP machines from other brands.

Are your electronic products certified and safe?

Absolutely. Customer safety is our top priority. Our USB-C Travel Cable is certified to meet UKCA, CE, PSE, and FCC standards, and is fully RoHS compliant for safety and environmental peace of mind. The cable is also built with reinforced, high-durability materials to be reliable for frequent travel.


Medical ID Luggage Tag

What is the purpose of the Medical ID Luggage Tags?

Our Medical ID Luggage Tags are designed to discreetly inform airline and security staff that your bag contains essential medical equipment (like a CPAP machine). This can help streamline security checks and ensure your device is handled with the appropriate care, in line with regulations for medical devices.

Your Medical ID Tag has a different symbol to others I've seen. Why is that?

Great question! We use the Rod of Asclepius (a single serpent on a staff), which is the true, internationally recognised symbol of medicine and healing. Many other tags incorrectly use the Caduceus (two snakes and wings), which is a symbol of commerce. We believe in getting the details right, and our design is medically accurate.

Is the Medical ID Tag really glow-in-the-dark?

It is! All the white rubber elements on the tag are luminescent. We designed it this way for assistive visibility, making it easier for you to spot your gear in a dark airplane cabin, a hotel room at night, or an overnight luggage compartment.

Are your products 'TSA-friendly' or suitable for airline travel?

Yes, absolutely. Our products are designed by travellers, for travellers. The Medical ID Tag helps clearly identify your gear to airline and security staff (like the TSA) to make security checks smoother. The USB-C Travel Cable is perfect for powering your device in-flight or in a hotel, helping you reduce bulk in your carry-on.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can always check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to easily view your order history and saves your details for a faster checkout on your next visit.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

We process orders very quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@dozylab.com. We will do our best to help, but if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to modify it.

Dozylab was started by us, Benjamin and Ryan—two Aussie CPAP users who were frustrated by the lack of good travel gear. We're not a big corporation; we design, test, and use every single product ourselves on our own trips. Our company was born from real-world travel experiences, not a boardroom.
